Control Your Own Income Tax.

Why am I having so much trouble with this site now ? Before, it was a simple process to Publish here.
I've been trying for two or more hours, nothing seems to work. Earlier, the site asked me to change my "Login and Password", I did. And then they said they didn't recognise them. There is going to be some tossing and turning tonight. Regards, ATF.

There is quite a bit of interest in the subject of Taxation. But my approach seems to leave Employees and Employers thinking, "Better the Devil you know". Just think about that poor man, Leslie Burke, 46 years old and Terminally ill. He has just lost a Court case, and now, whenever a Doctor feels like it, the Court has said Leslie Burke can be Killed off and the NHS can tidy up the bed space.

And then look at the £70 Billion this load of Wankers at Westminster and Whitehall are spending on "Management Consultants". Ask yourself, why do we elect such a load of "Rubbish", Pay them a wage of "Almost £60,000, a year". Then top that up with TaxFree "Expenses of Another £223,000." And then the Taxpayers have to pay out "Again", for another bunch of "Experts" to get the First Lot of Elected "Experts", out of the "Excrement".

You Employers and Employees, Paying at least 50% Taxation, and more, some of you earning £29,000 a year, are paying, I believe, £14,000 of that income in Direct Taxation even before you see your Pay-Cheque. That must give you a good feeling. So far this Government has spent about £4 Billion a year, of your hard earned Money *******. No,I can't, it's too much. Enough already.

Do you still remember "Enron" ? The Auditors ? Arthur Anderson. I have no idea what went on there. I do not know if it was "Criminal" or not. But an American Court of Law, said that Arthur Anderson was at fault. Since then, as I understand it, quite a few of the London employees of A.A, now work at HM Treasury, and across most other Gov' Departments. Is it any wonder that so much Money, Bloody Taxpayers Money, is now needed to "Cover Up", the confusion, chaos, Fraud and outright "Stealing" that now goes on Daily, at most Government Departments. Why Bloody well Put Up With It ??

A NEW APPROACH TO THE PROBLEM OF DIRECT TAXATION


Monday, 14th. August, Channel4 TV broadcast a Programme, at 2000hrs, Dispatches: Public Service, Private Profit. Exec. Producer, Steve Boulton, of "Steve Boultonn Productions" Manchester. Tel. No. 0161 200 8100. You might be able to get a Tape of the sixty minute programme, it is well worth thr try. It, the prog' tells you how these "Vulture Capitalists",manage to fix the price, fix the Politics, fix the Treasury (and Gordon), and then swan off into the sunset with your Money, not paying a penny Tax. Then they are back the very next day to do the same again only more of it. And you, Suckers, are Paying every Penny** That must make you feel good, "Make Povety History". Never mind, the Jokes on you Again & Again. Regards, ATF.

About three or four years ago Alex Brummer, Financial Editor of the Daily Mail, wrote about the sale of British Business, Manufacture and Commerce to overseas buyers. And I wrote to him saying that people just wanted to liquidate their money before "Gordon" got his sticky fingers on "it".

And now today, the Mail has printed a very small piece, just sixteen lines , about the record off-shore investment in foreign Business.

The fact is, Pensions Investment Money, from British savers, placed off-shore will be Free of Taxation as will the returns on that Investment. All the time the Money is kept out of the Country, there is No Taxation to Pay. Contributions paid now, will fund out goings and running costs and overheads. But a large and growing Capital Fund, can be accrued over a few years, and many people will not be aware of this. Or the accumulating Profits.

By the same token, the Chinese, Arab and other Investment Money that is being used to fund the purchase of British Companies and Businesses, is doing the same in reverse. There is nothing to stop the British savers from Investing Money into an off-shore fund and that money being used to Invest in British Stocks and Shares. All returns are then paid off-shore Avoiding all Direct Taxation. And so the Profit and the Returns, are Higher.

What a great many people do not realise though, is the fact that once a British business is Foreign owned, all Profits are "TaxFree". It is a simple manoeuvre first developed by the French, and water tight.

And the Accountants are aware of this. The Government is aware of this. In fact, just about everyone at Westminster and Whitehall is Aware of this. It would seem that the only people who are not, are the, "Little People" the "Ordinary People". Once again it seems the "Poor Bloody Punters", are the last to know. And once again the, "Poor Bloody Mugs", are left to pay the bill. In the Form of Higher Direct Taxation.

Over the weekend, I heard again a song we used to sing as youngsters when playing "Cowboys and Indians". Gene Autrey singing, "Heading For The Last Round Up". Now my Favourite song.

Once again I listened to the words and this time, with the experience of Seventy One years. It strikes me that some parts of the world and some "Jokers", labeled "Statesmen", when they should be still in Nappies, are the ones who should be "Rounded Up". It really should be their, "Last Round Up."

Head 'em up, Head 'em out, you Cowboys. Vote for a change. Tell the Silly Buggers they "don't" get any more of your Money. Regards, ATF.

Most people seem content to, "Pay This Outrageous Amount of Taxation". Is there any point in asking you, all those Taxpayers whose Money pays for this "Chaos, Anarchy, and Absolute Fraud". Asking you if you Realise, that Westminster and Whitehall do not have All the cards when it comes to "Direct Taxation". Today, it is you, "The Punter", who is All Powerful.

You The Punter. You The Taxpayer. You The Little People. The Ordinary People. In other words, You The Mug. Every Bloody One of you, who is trying to pay His/Her way, and keep on top of their Expenses. Trying to make sure that there isn't to much week left at the end of the Money. And now, what do those Clowns do to you ? Westminster and Whitehall, the Ultimate Three Ringed Circus complete with a full complement of Super Clowns. Why, they whack another costly Bill for Interest Rates onto your Living Expenses. Knowing that it is going to be the, "Last Straw", for many of you.

Only it is much worse than that. Take the income of the two Blairs. Between them, the Pair are "Taking", at least, £500,000, every year. And the Law Practise where Cherry is a Partner, it received £10 Million a year or more back, as reported in the Press. But then they are "novices" when compared to the Kinnocks. It is reported, that the whole Family has received £35 Million over the years they have "Served the Public". And Folks, it's All Taxpayers Money. I bet that makes you feel good, "As You Count The Pennies", to pay this Bill or that Bill.

Well you only have yourselves to blame. It will cost you nothing to put your name to the "List" of Taxpayers opting out of this Fraud. It is within your Power to Choose. You still have the Liberty to Change the System. And together you have the Power to tell Westminster you have had Enough. It is Thanks. But No Thanks. With the System I propose, you can always walk away any time you want to.

And once a new System is up and running, it will cost almost Nothing to maintain. Now. Have you seen today's latest "Cause" ? Extra Money for Child Allowance. About £7 Billion a year to start with. Only a few day's ago, a report was published on Birth Rates in Britain. And Surprise Surprise. By a long way, most of the Births, are to non-European Immigrant women.

As things stand, and as far into the Future as anyone can "See", Taxation is only ever going UP. Even "Dave" (the Wonder Horse ?) Leader of the "Useless Tories, is getting the "Manure" ready to "Feed the Money Trees". "Dave", and his Party seem full of it.

Don't take too long thinking about it, Sign Up and abandon that lot at Westminster. Let them go and play with themselves. Apart from a few dozen, thats all most of them are fit for.

THE SECOND STRING I REFERED TO A MOMENT AGO, WAS TO TRY AND BREAK OUT OF THE STRICT POLITICAL MINDSET OF THIS SUBJECT AND TO INJECT SOME LEVITY INTO THE PROCESS. BUT TRY AS I MIGHT, I CAN FIND NOTHING TO LAUGH AT. I CAN'T EVEN LAUGH AT "FATTY" LORD FALCONER, SAYING THAT SCRAPPING THE "HUMAN RIGHTS ACT", WAS NOT A CHOISE. WE WOULD HAVE TO HAVE ANOTHER "LAW" ALTOGETHER, TO "PROTECT" US FROM THE "HUMAN RIGHTS ACT". THE POINT IS, THESE "SHYSTER" LEGAL POLITICIANS, HAVEN'T EVEN THE INTELLIGENCE TO SEE HOW RIDICULOUS THEY ARE IN THE EYES OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC. ENACT A LAW THAT CAUSES MAYHEM, AND THEN INSTEAD OF JUST REMOVING THAT LAW FROM THE STATUTE BOOK, THEY SAY WE HAD BETTER HAVE ANOTHER GO AND SEE IF WE CAN PUT IT RIGHT WITH WHAT WILL NOW BE A THIRD LAW. I HAVE A MUCH BETTER IDEA. WHY NOT GET RID OF TONY BLAIRS "ROOM MATE", TAKE HIS PAY AND HIS PENSION AND GIVE THAT BACK TO THE TAXPAYERS AND START AGAIN FROM 1990.BEFORE THIS LOT BUGGERED IT ALL UP. I BELIEVE FALCONER,(LORD), HAS SAID THE JUDGES WOULD NOT STAND FOR A REPEAL OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS LAW. WHO PAYS THE JUDGES?

On some of the Web sites, when writing a post, the original comes out rather small and I find it hard to read and editing is not easy, I have at times used upper case typing. Twice now I have been told it is rude. I am sorry. It was not my intention to offend.

Now, where was I. The other day, I telephoned the IOD., the man I used to speak to was Derick Brownlee in the Taxation Department. Now they have a new man there. A Mr. Baron, Richard Baron. Just like some *****airhead, when I 'phoned and asked to speak to the Tax dept', the young Lady didn't think to say that Mr. Brownlee had left and Mr. Baron was in charge. Oh no. But then the Lady probably had no idea who I was anyway, why should she? So I sent an e-mail, not for one moment expecting a reply. But I was wrong.

I did try to make it as plain as possible that what we are doing, changing the Employer, Employee work contract to avoid Direct Taxation, is not a Business Venture on our part. And what I was looking for was the IOD, to help by informing their members that we are prepared to offer this service, at "no cost", to allow them, the Employers and Employees, to cut their costs to the bone. What you Earn is What you are Paid. No HMRC, to "Steal" your money and pocket it. And no longer will you have to pay £20+ Billion a year to pay for all those "wasters" at Westminster and Whitehall. (The W**kers of Westminster?)

In the past, the IOD, has shied away from any contact or disagreement with the Treasury or the Government. And I first asked them for help eight or nine years ago. Think of all that Taxpayers Money, down the drain since then. It's almost as bad as the "Pensions Rip Off".

IT'S A SHAME THE PROGRAMME HAS TAKEN AGAINST MY OPINIONS, BUT THEN, TAXATION IS A FUNNY OLD BUSINESS. SO MANY CAN AVOID DIRECT TAXATION AND PAY VERY LITTLE. TO ME, THAT IS NOT A PROBLEM. PHILLIP GREEN, OR SIR PHILLIP GREEN. HE HAS JUST AVOIDED DIRECT TAXATION ON £2 OR IS IT £3 BILLION. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT AT ALL.

MY "GRIPE", IS WITH THE SYSTEM THAT IS SO ONEROUS AND OPPRESSIVE, THAT TAXPAYERS ARE OBLIGED TO TAKE AVOIDING ACTION.

AND IT IS MY INTENTION TO MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR EVERY TAXPAYER, WHO WANTS TO, THAT THIS AVOIDANCE MANOEUVRE, IS AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE.
